I am Chidambaram, an architecture and interior photographer based in Bangalore. With a background in architecture, I spent four years in the field before fully transitioning to photography. Although I have been passionate about photography for over seven years, my initial focus was on street and travel photography, with occasional architecture and interior shoots.
My desire to explore and capture the essence of various architectural designs grew stronger over time. Photography became my way of experiencing diverse buildings and styles beyond the limitations of designing one structure at a time. This passion for exploration and visual storytelling led me to pursue architecture photography as a full-time career.
I have a deep love for travel, culture, and landscapes, which is reflected in my personal projects. Professionally, I specialize in capturing architecture and interiors. Recently, I undertook a 75-day journey across India to document its rich culture and people. One of my long-term projects involves photographing the historic Chettinadu buildings, which I have been documenting for the past three to four years.
In addition to my work, I am genuinely interested in connecting with people and learning from artists across the country. I am curious about their crafts and enjoy understanding their creative processes. I also love dogs and am passionate about physical fitness, regularly going to the gym to stay in shape. This blend of interests and passions defines who I am and fuels my creativity
